个人简介 Profile

杜奕良律师毕业于华南师范大学，2012年起从事法律工作，执业十余年。专注于知识产权保护、建设工程、公司债务债权与投融资纠纷领域，曾代理腾讯、TCL、红蜻蜓等知名企业的商标、专利、著作权维权纠纷，参撰法律出版社《专利保护实务问题研究》《企业知识产权合规管理指南》。杜律师同时担任深圳市龙华区人民法院特邀调解员、深圳市前海国际商事调解中心调解员，曾获龙华区“十佳优秀律师”称号。

Mr. Du Yiliang graduated from South China Normal University and has been in legal practice since 2012. He focuses on intellectual property protection, construction engineering, corporate debt and credit disputes, and investment and financing disputes, and has represented well-known companies such as Tencent, TCL and Red Dragonfly in trademark, patent and copyright enforcement matters. He contributed to the books Research on Practical Issues of Patent Protection and A Guide to Corporate Intellectual Property Compliance Management (Law Press China), serves as a specially invited mediator of the Longhua District People's Court of Shenzhen and a mediator of the Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center, and was twice named an Outstanding Lawyer of Longhua District.
