Mr. Luo Manlan is the Head of Guangdong Junwu Law Firm and has been in practice since 2014. He focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution and intellectual property protection, and has published professional articles on copyright topics such as book layout design and commissioned works on the IP channel of People's Daily Online. He leads the firm in providing retained counsel to numerous enterprises, designing litigation strategies and compliance solutions around commercial objectives, with extensive courtroom and negotiation experience in equity disputes and labour disputes.
