罗晔律师以建设工程与商事争议解决为主线，兼顾债权人保护与企业合规抗辩两个立场：既能代表施工企业、设备租赁方从生效判决走向执行回款，直至追加股东责任；也能代表用人单位、被执行一方在仲裁与执行程序中构建有效抗辩。2026 年以来在广东省内法院及仲裁机构有多起典型胜诉裁判。执业特点：诉讼与仲裁双轨经验，债权人与企业两侧代理。
Ms. Luo Ye focuses on construction engineering and commercial dispute resolution, balancing creditor protection with corporate compliance defence: she represents construction contractors and equipment lessors from effective judgments through enforcement recovery up to adding shareholders' liability, and also builds effective defences for employers and respondents in arbitration and enforcement proceedings. Since 2026 she has secured a number of notable winning judgments before courts and arbitration institutions in Guangdong Province. Her practice features dual-track experience in litigation and arbitration, acting for both creditors and enterprises.
