丘安然律师2009年毕业于江苏警官学院，2013年正式踏入律师行业，2017年独立执业，深耕刑事辩护业务，执业十多年办理多起刑事案件，取得侦查阶段成功取保、检察院阶段不予起诉、法院审理阶段低于检察院量刑建议等优异办案效果。丘律师兼具刑事实务经验与调解、仲裁多元办案能力，兼顾刑事辩护与涉外法律服务，恪守执业准则，全力维护当事人合法权益。
Ms. Qiu Anran graduated from Jiangsu Police Institute in 2009, entered the legal profession in 2013 and began independent practice in 2017. She focuses on criminal defense and has handled numerous criminal cases over more than a decade of practice, achieving release on bail at the investigation stage, non-prosecution at the procuratorate stage, and sentences lower than the procuratorate's recommendations at trial. Combining criminal practice with mediation and arbitration capabilities, she also serves foreign-related legal matters, upholding professional standards and protecting her clients' lawful rights.
