邢婉平律师是广东君吾律师事务所合伙人，现任第十一届深圳市律师协会合同法律专业委员会秘书长，受聘为深圳市市场监督管理局合同格式条款专家评审委员会专家、最高人民法院第一巡回法庭“律师志愿服务岗”律师志愿者。她长期深耕投融资并购与合同法律事务，主导完成多个股权收购、房地产并购项目的法律尽职调查，擅长股权架构设计、股东纠纷诉讼与商事仲裁。
Ms. Xing Wanping is a partner of the firm. She serves as Secretary-General of the Contract Law Committee of the 11th Shenzhen Lawyers Association, expert member of the Contract Format Clauses Review Panel of the Shenzhen Market Regulation Administration, and volunteer lawyer at the Lawyer Volunteer Service Post of the First Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court. Focusing on legal due diligence for investment and M&A transactions, she has led due diligence in a number of equity acquisitions and real estate M&A projects, and specialises in equity structuring, shareholder dispute litigation and commercial arbitration.
