许晓虹律师专注于合同类纠纷诉讼与货款债权清收业务，兼顾债权人清收与违约抗辩两个立场：既能代理卖方、承揽方与出租人完成从财产保全、庭审对抗到判决回款的全流程，直至追索自然人股东与关联公司的连带责任；也能代表被告一方在服务费、违约金争议中构建有效抗辩并提起反诉。2025年以来在深圳市福田区、宝安区、龙岗区等各区人民法院参与办理了多起典型胜诉案件，累计代理案件为委托人实现债权本金约140万元，成功驳回对方诉请约36万元。其执业特点为：诉请设计精细严谨，利息与维权成本账目清晰，主张能够得到充分支持与履行。
Ms. Xu Xiaohong focuses on contract litigation and the recovery of trade debts, acting from both the creditor's and the defendant's standpoint: she represents sellers, contractors and lessors through the full course from asset preservation and trial advocacy to post-judgment recovery, up to pursuing the joint liability of natural-person shareholders and affiliated companies, while also building effective defences and counterclaims for defendants in service-fee and liquidated-damages disputes. Since 2025 she has taken part in a number of notable winning cases before the district people's courts of Futian, Bao'an, Longgang and other districts of Shenzhen, recovering around RMB 1.4 million in debt principal for clients and defeating some RMB 360,000 of the opposing parties' claims. Her practice is marked by precisely structured claims and clearly accounted interest and enforcement costs, so that her clients' positions are fully supported and enforced by the courts.
